Monday, January 31, 2005 so this is my first post from my new job at BB&T. i'm not sure if they really monitor where i go on the internet, but as long as i don't disclose any secure information, it's no big deal. however, if anyone needs any financial advice or wants to open an account, i can help. it's shocking how much shit there is to learn about banking. we listen to 97.1 WASH FM all day long - which is not the best thing, because it drives me mildly insane. i'm seriously thinking about loading up cecilia with some non-offensive tunes just so i don't need to ever hear josh groban again. then i could throw in a little crunk every once in a while to wake the tellers up. i had more to share over the weekend, but now during my mid morning lull, i got nothing. so this will be it for now, though i do promise to get back to a regular system of posting. oh, and don't bother watching sky captain and the world of tomorrow. you'll just end up wanting those 2 hours back. posted by johnny | 1/31/2005 09:56:00 AM Wednesday, January 12, 2005 this won't be a mushy post about how long it's been since i last wrote anything of substance, or how how i'm afraid no one reads this blog anymore. no, i'm just going to state that gary williams is an idiot. seriously, i don't care if johnny g fucked gary's daughter, he doesn't deserve to play only 9 minutes against a top 5 team like wake. why would you sit your best player for the entire game? when the terps appeared to be coming back early in the second half, it wasn't because sterling was running some sick offensive machine, it was because the deacs were falling apart - they shot 31% in the second half. the terps were 1-14 from three - wouldn't you want your best shooter on the floor? basically he's our only prime time player, the only one who can take over a game, and gary sits him like some high school kid who skipped class. i told you back in october there would be someone new on my shit list. that fucking drunk. posted by johnny | 1/12/2005 07:05:00 AM |
