Monday, June 23, 2003 this week had better be easier, if it knows what's good for it... posted by johnny | 6/23/2003 11:36:00 AM Tuesday, June 17, 2003 shizzle...what a freaking crazy past couple of days. first i went to mike's for his graduation party - went to Pete and Elda's to eat a whole 2XL pizza; get hammered at headliners; and have great food, hang out with friends and play beer pong over the jacuzzi at the actual party. which was sweet. then came the drive home, where joy's car decided to crap out just inside delaware. i decided to take full advantage of my AAA Plus membership which includes 100 miles of free towing. and how far is it from the Pep Boy's in Wilmington to B and C Auto in College Park? 101 miles...nice. plus i rode down in the tow truck, which wasn't as bad as i'd thought it would be. monday was brutal, i had two tests that i obviously didn't study for enough. then joy ran out of gas in bethesda driving the van - i had to go bring over some emergency fluids, but not a big deal compared to the day before. today i went to class, found out i got an ok 56/66 on one of my tests, and went to go pick up zoey from the kennel - which is way out past poolesville. picked up joy from school, brought her to B and C, then drove back home, where some jackass runs a stop sign and plows into the van. awesome. so i deal with the insurance stuff, no big deal really - i just hope it can be fixed by monday, when i have to go pick up my mom from the airport. where is she, you ask? in freaking managua, nicaragua, from which i received an email this evening telling me she has conjunctivitis (an alltogether too harsh of a word for "eye infection") and wants me to call the advice nurse at our hmo because the doctors there are idiots. which brings me to now, in my room, stressed out and bored at the same time. all you readers can at least comment on my situation - i freaking live for them: I check the blog every five minutes when i'm in front of the comp. i think i'll go play some loud music, have a beer, and later watch some keen eddie. peace. posted by johnny | 6/17/2003 08:19:00 PM Monday, June 16, 2003 who told me i should be taking a summer class? and then you want to respond to said away messages, but if you do, your friends will know you were stalking them? and should i be blogging this much? posted by johnny | 6/03/2003 11:33:00 PM i just realized someone wrote back in response to my blog, which is awesome. i actually just talked to this kid today, though my cell was totally breaking up - stupid power lines. any of you can comment by clicking on "holla back" below each entry. i promise i will write more, if just for the fans. all three of you. posted by johnny | 6/03/2003 11:28:00 PM one month without posting...i was about to call myself a slacker, but that seems to be per usual for me. anyways, last week was some nice time off, with just the guys in the house. things were actually really boring. on friday joy and i moved some of her stuff home to rhode island in the van, and went to a wedding on saturday. it was nice, got to see some of joy's high school friends again. it was the first wedding that i had been to with people who were basically the same age as me, which was totally surreal. hung out with jocelyn on sunday, then drove back to cp...to new people. so weird. for the first time in years i don't officially live anywhere, just subletting my old room for two months. the new roommates - lina, jill, and the bruce - should be fun, and kateri should be moving in anytime now. i'm taking two classes: geog 450, which appears to be awful, and the famed hlth 377, taught by sawyer, which seems awesome. i actually need to get ready for class, so i guess i'll blog you later... posted by johnny | 6/03/2003 10:17:00 AM |
