Wednesday, August 28, 2002 wow...over a week... posted by johnny | 8/28/2002 08:49:00 PM Monday, August 19, 2002 not to be a nerd, but the redskins suck. they won last night 35-34 in a kind of exciting game, but the starters were getting destroyed by the pittsburgh starters all throughout the first half. i think it's going to be a long season. as long as we beat the cowboys, i'll be fine. posted by johnny | 8/19/2002 08:46:00 AM Friday, August 16, 2002 writing term papers suck. i even really like my topic - the crabbing industry on smith island - but i don't want to write about it. on the plus side, at least my procrastinating is more constructive these days - tv is getting boring. posted by johnny | 8/16/2002 09:43:00 PM Wednesday, August 14, 2002 what the shit. joey fat one from nsync is now playing the role of mark in rent. ok, who's great idea was that one? phoebe is awesome. that's all. posted by johnny | 8/14/2002 03:14:00 PM Sunday, August 11, 2002 it's been a week since i last wrote anything, and i'm pretty tired, so this will only be a quick update. we played our first games on our new beer pong table, a nostalgic look back on cole field house - and me and eric didn't lose all night. in fact, it was almost a week before someone else got a win on the board besides me or eric - and it was courtesy of the the "molly miracle". joy came back, but left me again to go to home to the littlest state with the biggest name. we went skiing again at eric's, where i pretty much turned my forearms into spaghetti trying to get up on one ski. i am officially broke, thanks to a car swapping fiasco (that sounds only slightly worse than the actual truth, which i will tell when i am in a less irritated state - possibly montana) we also went to our neighbor's party last night, which was actually ok. but the big news is...we got a puppy! she's a chocolate lab, 8 weeks, and adorable. her name is phoebe, which i thought we should spell feebee, which is funnier but at the same time way dumber. actually her name at first was e.b., and i was going to secretly call her phoebe. posted by johnny | 8/11/2002 12:35:00 PM Friday, August 02, 2002 our new beer pong table is nearly complete, save another coat or two of polyurethane. for security reasons, i can't say what it looks like, but i can say it looks awesome. plus now my hands are waterproof, unless i can find some way of getting this crap off. anyways, i'm going over to eric's house today, and noelle is coming down this weekend, and joy is coming back on monday, so this next couple of days should be pretty great. posted by johnny | 8/02/2002 08:49:00 AM |
